No Preference is a supremely cozy, full of good vibes shop. Went in on a Saturday around 11am and they were packed, but turning out orders super quick! Absolutely delightful baristas, everyone was so kind and patient. Less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in, to the time I got my drink. Service is 11/10. Menu is full of classic coffees, as well as their fun signature drinks, along with a rotating seasonal menu. Matcha was great quality, coffee was superb. Nice amount of seating. I will absolutely be back for the delicious drinks, comfortable atmosphere and stellar service. Thanks guys!!

This place rules. I wish I had more expendable income to spend here! The shots are perfectly dialed in, which allows the Ube and Orange blossom flavors in the Ube Blossom latte to interplay magically. It's light, fruity, and sweetened the exact right amount. Come here if beautifully crafted coffee drinks from the hands of the nicest people !!!

Top notch coffee spot on historic east Burnside. One of my go to locations for real deal coffee by people who truly care. One of the “big dogs” in Portland’s coffee community. Also a great spot to get coffee while you wait to be seated at Screen Door.

Stopped by today and had a great experience. Eddie was super nice and welcoming—really made the place feel inviting. Loved the vibe, the music, and the overall energy. It’s a cool spot where I’ll definitely be coming back to work in the mornings. Eddie even recommended a bar down the road that I’ll be checking out later. Love it.

Super cozy coffee shop. I got an Ube Blossom Latte ($7.50/medium) and a Coconut Cream Latte ($7.50/medium). The Ube Blossom latte was delicious but the coconut cream didn't taste like coconut at all even when you get to the bottom of your cup. Basically, you pay $7.50 for a regular latte.

Like the atmosphere. Music is also classic. Seasonal latte is delicious. It uses whole milk, I was afraid milk flavor might hide the coffee flavor, it is actually very balanced. I will definitely come back again.
